Zendesk Consultant | ITSM | UK Wide | 6 Months – Outside IR35 | £400 pd | Immediate Start
Peaple Talent have partnered with a consultancy looking to hire a Zendesk Consultant with immediate effect working on a selection of implementation and improvement projects for their client base.
We are looking for a Zendesk expert with knowledge and applied experience working across the Zendesk ecosystem in a consultancy environment.
You will be working on technical delivery for a variety of engagements at different stages of the project lifecycle. As a ballpark figure, you will be working on 2-4 projects in tandem with each other over the next 6 months.
Holding a Zendesk Support Administrator certification is a requirement to work on this program, ideally you will hold it already but you will need to pass the exam to start in the work.
Nice to haves but not a requirement at all include;
- German speaking
- Broader experience of ITSM alongside Zendesk
- Contact Center as a Service (CCAS)
Fully remote, you will need to be based in the UK to be eligible for the role. We can start you immediately after a (swift) 2 stage interview process.
