Job Title: Service Desk Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary: £28,000
The Role:
- Handling support tickets, resolving user issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Serve as the first point of contact for remote technical issues.
- Provide quick and effective technical support to minimise user disruptions.
The Candidate:
- Proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge of MS Client operating systems
- MS Office 365, Office 2016, Office 2010, SharePoint
The Package:
Base salary: up to £28,000
