PT Renewables is partnered with an International Engineering and Power Generation company looking for an EHSQ Manager to lead the cross all elements a their South-Wales site.
The role
You’ll the go-to person for EHSQ compliance, helping maintain high standards and ensure a safe, sustainable, and productive workplace.
You’ll manage risk reduction programs, audit environmental factors, and report directly to the Plant Manager – all while promoting a positive safety culture.
Your day-to-day
- Implement EHSQ policies that drive compliance and improvement
- Act as the Environmental Management Representative for the site
- Lead safety committees and conduct daily audits to ensure safe, compliant operations
- Deliver monthly reports to management and engage with stakeholders on EHSQ matters
About you
- Experience in safety, environmental compliance, and ideally, power plant operations or other engineering industry
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or IEMA qualifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and safety regulations
- A people person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
