Business Analyst | Initial 6 Month Contract (Inside IR35) | Swindon (flexible remote)
Peaple Talent have partnered with a brilliant client in Swindon area looking to recruit 3x Business Analysts , ideally with experience with HR, Finance and Payroll systems.
Purpose of the role:
Provide essential assistance in collecting and documenting requirements, understanding data flow, and supporting the overall strategy of the strategic onboarding team. This team is responsible for ensuring the seamless onboarding of new clients. This position demands a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ensure efficient operations and ongoing improvements.
Responsibilities include;
- Commit to continuous improvement and be open to adopting new approaches.
- Collect, document, and refine requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Show determination and persistence in achieving objectives.
- Analyze and understand data flow between organizations.
- Effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Utilize expertise in HR, finance, and payroll to guide business decisions.

Key Experience Required:
- Proficient with gathering requirements.
- Knowledge of Oracle (advantageous)
- Solid understanding of data movement between organizations.
- Continuous improvement.

- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with HR, finance, and payroll systems.
