Peaple Talent have partnered with a consultancy looking to grow their Amazon Connect Practice with a Lead CX engineer operating as a technical leader within the business.
Ideally, you will be immediately available, and have a extensive background working on end-to-end delivery of Amazon Connect programs.
Working with businesses of varying size and project complexity, you will be hands-on while also working with the wider team to define ensure practice – driving standards so that clients are receiving the most resilient and scalable Connect solutions.
They are a remote first business working with a variety of clients at different points of the project lifecycle. You will ideally have a software development background with recent work specialising in the following solutions;
- Amazon Connect – Voice
- Amazon Lex / Bedrock
- Amazon Q
- Customer Profiles
- API design and interaction with external systems
- IaC – CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform
This is an immediate contract with the opportunity to convert into a permanent role if desired, fully remote working on a genuinely interesting array of projects in a consultative environment.
