We’re looking for a Technical Scrum Master who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment and enjoys combining Agile leadership with software development. You’ll play a key role in driving delivery, supporting engineers, and continuously improving how the team works.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Scrum Master in a complex or fast-moving environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Software development experience
- Experience working in collaborative development environments using Git/GitHub
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to remove blockers and drive team delivery
- Comfortable contributing hands-on to engineering when needed
Nice to Have
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I or equivalent)
- Experience with machine learning or data science libraries
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based environments
- Experience working with distributed teams or scaled
- Agile environments
