Electrician – Commercial Testing | £44,000 + Van + Overtime | Slough / Watford / High Wycombe ⚡
Looking for an experienced Electrical Tester to join a mobile commercial testing team covering Slough, Watford & High Wycombe with regional travel.
💰 Salary: £44,000
🚐 Company Van Provided
⏱ Hours: Mon–Fri, 45 hours (includes 30 mins travel each way)
📍 Location: Slough / High Wycombe / Watford
📈 Overtime: 1.5x rates + ~£10k earning potential
🌙 Includes: Night & weekend work (paid at enhanced rates)
Role:
- Carry out EICRs across commercial sites
- Diagnose faults and complete remedial works
- Small installations and minor upgrades
- Complete RAMS & point-of-work risk assessments
- Use mobile device for reporting & certification
- Work across multiple commercial environments
Requirements:
- City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
- Proven EICR & remedial experience
- 18th Edition + ECS Gold Card (or equivalent)
- Commercial or industrial background essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible for nights, weekends & regional travel
Things to note:
- Cameras fitted in vans
- Strong overtime available (~£10k)
- Must be a qualified electrical tester
- Flexible working hours required
