Role: 2nd Line Project Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to £45,000
The Role:
- Technical Escalation: Act as an escalation point for technical issues and project challenges.
- Project Delivery: Support projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning to execution and completion.
- Client Engagement: Work directly with clients – building relationships, understanding needs, and ensuring project satisfaction.
- Process & Quality: Manage and improve project processes, documentation, and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Support and mentor engineers, bridging the gap between technical delivery and leadership.
The Candidate:
- Virtualization: VMware, Windows Server environments
- Networking: Layer 2/3 switching, wireless network design, connectivity solutions
- Security & Data Protection: Backups, replication, data integrity
- Cloud & Automation: Azure (preferred), AWS, monitoring, scripting, automation

Base salary: up to £45,000
