The Role:
- Provide first-line IT support
- Manage the user lifecycle
- Handle IT helpdesk tickets
The Candidate:
- Previous experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge of MS Office, Office 365, and Windows 10/11
- Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
The Package:
Base salary: £25,000
