Peaple Talent has partnered with a financial advisory company looking for an IT service desk analyst.
Our client is looking for someone with experience resolving desktop application issues and requests at a high standard.

You will be primarily responsible for resolving desktop and application issues at a high standard
Based in Swindon and this role is a hybrid role where commuting to the office is required 2-3 days, and the other half will be remote working
The ideal candidate for this IT service desk analyst will have relevant experience of IT support and has preferably worked in a service desk role
You’ll also need a background in IT Support at lines 1 and support line 2
In addition, you’ll need (a driver’s license/SC clearance etc.)
