Peaple Talent have partnered with a market leading professional services organisation based in central Leeds who are recruiting an IT support engineer with experience of 1st and 2nd line within a fast paced service desk environment. You will be part of a team who are responsible for trouble shooting, diagnosing and resolving hard and software issues across multiple platforms.
Essential Skills and experience:
- Microsoft windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration
- User management, group policies, domain administration within Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD
- Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, security and compliance features with Office 365 Suite
- Networking – DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP
- Troubleshooting Hardware such as desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Microsoft Intune – Mobile device management, application deployment, compliance policies
- Microsoft Defender – Endpoint security, threat detection, security monitoring and response
- Microsoft Azure – Cloud services, hybrid environments, Azure AD
- System Monitoring Tools – Network monitoring, performance analysis, alerting systems
- Power Automate – Task automation, scheduled tasks, system automation
- PowerShell Scripting – Automation and system administration tasks
