Peaple Talent has partnered with a solutions provider Looking for an application support engineer.
Our client is looking for someone with an understanding of hardware and software.

You will be primarily responsible for the technical side of the service desk analyst
Fareham/remote/2 night shifts and you will be tasked with the following:
- When required, create, review and update SSS Public Safety Engineering documentation, for example, work plans, work instructions and technical guides
- The role holder will be required to liaise with several 3rd party providers and internal teams to coordinate various activities and gather/provide the information needed to complete the tasks.
- The role is primarily a technical service desk role based in Fareham however, as demand requires, you will be expected on occasion to work from other MCA locations.
- The role will involve extensive technical and non-technical customer contact, requiring a professional and adaptable approach to communication and interaction/service.
The ideal candidate for this application support engineer will have relevant experience of IT service desk and Experience in ITIL
You’ll also need a background in SQL
Plus, its vital that you have experience in 2-line support
In addition, you’ll need (driver license/SC clearance etc.)
