Application support analyst | Avonmouth | Perm | £35,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with a catering company looking for an application support analyst

Our client is looking for someone with understanding within SQL

If that’s you then you could be exactly what they’re looking for!

The Role:

You will be primarily responsible for working on change requests and contributing to projects to continuously improve business applications.

Based in the office in Avonmouth/hybrid you will be tasked with the following:

– Testing and implementation of approved patches / updates in accordance with Change Control management

– Systems administration and service ownership of the order management system and all aspects of business applications and associated systems e.g. Payments, Document

– Work with other IT functions, in particular Development Teams to provide subject matter expertise

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this applications support analyst  will have relevant experience of  SQL and has preferably worked in catering industry.

You’ll also need a background in ERP/CRM

Plus, its vital that you have experience office 365/customer service

In addition, you’ll need (driver license/SC clearance etc.)

The Package:

Basic salary:  £35,000 per annum
