We’re looking for a talented and driven Renewables Project Manager to lead exciting electrical and solar PV projects across Wales. This role is perfect for someone eager to take on a management position, whether you’re new to project management or looking to progress further in your career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the installation of commercial and large-scale solar PV systems, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure.
- Oversee teams of electricians and installers to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification.
- Handle project planning, procurement, budgets, and reporting.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all electrical work meets certification and compliance standards.
- Manage site operations, health and safety, and quality assurance.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Electrician with strong electrical knowledge and experience.
- Relevant electrical and renewables qualifications (Level 3 Electrical Installation, BPEC L3 Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging, or equivalent).
- SMSTS/SSSTS preferred (training can be provided).
- Experience managing electrical projects or a willingness to step up with the right skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and leadership abilities.
- Commercial awareness and strong communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
