If so we are representing a leading organisation that is seeking an experienced IT Development Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions.
The Role
Lead and manage the UK Application Technology team, fostering growth and collaboration.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions, ensuring efficient workflows and meeting service level agreements.
Allocate resources effectively, balancing support, development, and project demands.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
Embed best practices for D365 implementation and maintenance while supporting strategic technology initiatives.
Hybrid with 3 days a week on the Basingstoke site
The Candidate
Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 services and solutions, including integration within the Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, Azure).
Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing technical teams.
Highly organized with a track record of delivering within development and project life cycles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Business acumen with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
