Electrical Manager – Swansea (On-Site)
We’re working with a growing renewable energy business looking for an experienced Electrical Manager to take the lead on key projects across solar, heat pumps, and wider sustainability initiatives.
💼 The Role:
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems across multiple renewable projects. This includes managing contractors, reviewing designs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and keeping everything running safely and efficiently.
Day to day you’ll be:
- Leading electrical design reviews and system optimisation
- Managing installation of power distribution systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors
- Ensuring full compliance with safety and industry standards
- Supporting quality assurance and project reporting
✅ What they’re looking for:
- Strong background in electrical maintenance & fault finding
- Solid understanding of electrical systems within renewables
- Experience with electrical design and project delivery
- Knowledge of power distribution systems
- Good grasp of regulations and safety compliance
- Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
