Change Manager – Bristol (Hybrid, 2 Days In-Office)

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from Directors to operational teams.
  • Lead the design and delivery of change and training plans across multiple initiatives.
  • Create clear, engaging materials, guides, and communications tailored to different audiences.
  • Support adoption, mitigate resistance, and ensure smooth transitions from project delivery into business-as-usual.
  • Monitor and report on change readiness, escalating risks and proposing solutions where needed.
  • Be a role model for high-quality change management and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in business change management across complex, cross-organisational projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, comfortable challenging the status quo.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in operational readiness, training delivery, and benefits realisation.
  • Confidence working in ambiguous situations and adapting approaches to maximise impact.
