2nd Line Support Engineer | Bristol/Hybrid | Permanent | £35,000
Peaple Talent have partnered with a market-leading SaaS company within the education sector who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer
Our client is looking for someone with previous 2nd line support experience.
If that’s you then you could be exactly what they’re looking for!
You will be primarily responsible for responding to customer support requests via phone and Email.
Based in Bristol/Hybrid and be tasked with the following:
– Provide technical customer service support up to 2nd line
– Assist with incidents and tickets received, logging information in Zendesk
– Assist with the resolution, with proactive monitoring of incidents
– Escalation of tickets to colleagues for 3rd line support
The ideal candidate for this 2nd Line Support role will need to have prior experience within a helpdesk role
You’ll also need a background in Zendesk
Plus, it’s vital that you have experience SQL in Azure

Basic salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
