This role offers the rare opportunity to work across the full R&D spectrum – from blue-sky thinking and prototyping, to hands-on testing, right through to seeing products make a tangible impact in critical industries.
What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Master’s (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar.
- Strong experience in electronics/electrical design and simulation tools (e.g. LTSPICE, Matlab, Altium).
- Hands-on lab skills including soldering, wiring, and testing prototypes with a wide range of equipment.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or C preferred).
- A genuine curiosity and drive to solve complex problems, explore new technologies, and learn continuously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to share findings in papers, presentations, and conferences.
Why Join?
This is more than a job – it’s a chance to:
- Work on projects that directly shape the future of critical industries.
- Collaborate with experts across engineering, research, and academia.
- Be part of a supportive, innovative, and dynamic team where your contributions are recognised and valued.
- Develop your career in a business that’s scaling and investing heavily in R&D.
If you’re an engineer who thrives on variety, loves taking ideas from concept to reality, and wants to see your work make a genuine difference, this role offers the perfect platform.
