Peaple Talent has partnered with an award-winning Fintech looking for an IT Support Engineer
Our client is looking for someone with great experience in IT Support
If that’s you then you could be exactly what they’re looking for!
You will be primarily responsible for responding to, analysing and troubleshooting technical problems and requirements raised by users
Based in London/remote you will be reporting to IT Team Lead and be tasked with the following:
– assisting/resolving and/or escalating IT Issues
– Responding appropriately to users of all levels
– Logging all calls in the Service Desk system and updating appropriately
– taking calls on the Helpdesk number, email and Microsoft Teams from internal users.
The ideal candidate for this IT Support Engineer will have relevant experience of M365 services which include SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams and has preferably worked in Financial Services.
You’ll also need a background in Azure
Plus, it’s vital that you have experience with Teams Telephony
In addition, you’ll need outstanding communication skills
