Peaple Talent has partnered with a leading luxury retail company. They are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team.
Our client is looking for someone with 2yrs+ Support Desk experience and is based in Bristol.

The Role:
You will be primarily responsible for providing hands-on support for all IT issues throughout the company
This is an in-office role based in the Bristol Cribbs Causeway office. You will be reporting to the Head of IT and will be given duties such as:
– Troubleshooting desktop and system problems
– Diagnosing and solving hardware/software incidents
– Installation of new hardware and software throughout the company
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in an IT support role for at least 2 years.
You’ll also need a background in Hardware, software and ITIL and have great communication skills.
In addition, you’ll need a full UK driver’s license.

The Package:
Basic salary: £20,000 – £426,000 per annum
