Infrastructure Solutions Architect

Peaple Talent has partnered with a world class research and development organisation based in Bristol who are expanding their architecture team. We are recruiting a Solution Architect who has current valid SC Clearence or willing to go through clearence. Ypu will have a passion for designing, implementing and delivering high level, complex IT systems, you will be playing a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of new business stream across the whole IT project estate.

Skills and Experience

Good understanding of Windows server Networks
High level solution designs in stand alone or Hyper-Converged Infrastructure
Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design, with a strong track record in solutions or technical architecture roles.
Extensive knowledge of various operating systems, databases, and multiple technology solutions, including cloud.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-specialists.
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritise effectively and deliver results.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously, driving projects to successful completion.
It will be necessary to regularly attend the Bristol office for secure meetings and design work.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as and when required

The position requires successful completion of MoD Developed Vetting Security Clearance.
