We are supporting an Oxford-based organisation to recruit for an Infrastructure Manager.
This is a newly-defined role for the organisation where you will be leading a small team providing technical support, project delivery and some strategic overview.
The successful candidate will be hands-on and understand networking/ Wi-Fi, servers, M365 and more.
This is a 5-days onsite role with some flex to 4-days a week once through probation.
The Role:
- Lead on delivery on new IT system and software, from design through to implementation and management.
- Manage and delivery key customer projects
- Coach and mentor a small team to ensure they are delivering high quality work
- Budget responsibilities
The Candidate:
- Experience in technical support within a Microsoft environment
- Excellent knowledge of Wi-Fi, networking, firewalls, routers and switches – Sophos or Ubiquiti preferable
- Able to motivate and coach a small team of Engineers
- Comfortable with implementing strategy and able to budget effectively
The Package:
Base salary: £50,000 – £55,000
