Head of Data & Analytics | Retail | London (Hybrid) | up to £120,000
Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading retail company who have an exciting opening for a Head of Data & Analytics position.
This role will provide strategic leadership and direction for our clients data strategy, data engineers and BI developers.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the Data Strategy with key benefits clear to the Senior Leadership Team
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business, lead on improved use of Data Visualisations and Dashboards within the business
- Lead and mentor a globally diverse team
- Ensure that data, reports and insights are available in a timely manner appropriate to the business decision making cadence
Experience needed:
- A bachelor’s degree in data science, data engineering, computer science or related fields.
- Expert knowledge of Data Strategies, Data Warehousing, Governance, and Business Intelligence and data platforms
- Experience of Microsoft Azure tools, including Fabric
- Ideally a strong background in ecommerce, with experience in scaling online platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of successfully leading hybrid, distributed Data and BI teams
