£41,000 – £43,000 | Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

We’re looking for a Static Electrical Engineer to join a facilities maintenance team covering RAF Benson and Dalton Barracks. This is a stable, site-based role focused on maintaining electrical and building services infrastructure across high-profile, secure MOD sites.

What you’ll do:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance (PPM & repairs)
• Fault-find and service electrical systems including 3-phase power, lighting, alarms, and controls
• Support compliance with statutory and client standards
• Ensure safe working practices and adherence to MOD protocols

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in commercial or facilities maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and fault diagnosis
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation & 18th Edition
• C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection (preferred)
• Eligibility for BPSS clearance (UK resident for last 5 years)
