Job Title: Digital Adoption Lead
Location: Bath
Salary: £44,000
We have partnered with a leading non for profit organisation who are looking for a Digital Adoption Lead to join the team and support their digital journey.
The Role:
- Empowering, developing, and upskilling colleagues
- Working with different teams to understand their needs and develop effective digital adoption plans.
- Creating and delivering presentations, and setting up features to improve user experience and engagement.
- Leading the implementation of Microsoft collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
- Helping colleagues build confidence and skills in using digital tools effectively.
The Candidate:
- Practical experience with Microsoft collaboration products, such as Teams and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical ideas clearly and engagingly.
- Skilled in working with stakeholders, managing risks, and reporting progress.
- Track record of delivering digital adoption projects on time and achieving desired results.
The Package:
Base salary: up to £44,000
- 26 days annual leave (plus public holidays)
