Contracts Manager – Antrim, NI – £52,000 – Hybrid working (Split between office and sites)
A well established Renewable Energy Solutions provider is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of solar installation projects. This is a key role, responsible for planning, organising, and driving operational excellence across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with design and estimating to finalise projects before work begins
- Conduct site surveys and validate technical designs and BoMs
- Schedule installations, manage fitting teams, and oversee on-site logistics
- Monitor project budgets and drive process efficiencies
- Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements
- Ensure health & safety compliance and site standards
- Support technical queries, fault-finding, and remedial works
- Report on operational performance and identify areas for improvement
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience managing installations or construction projects
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of renewable technologies is preferred
