Peaple Talent has exclusively partnered with an ambitious market leading PR Agency/Consultancy who are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager on a full time basis. You will be a sales focussed BDM who will be responsible for new business growth across multiple sectors and will lead and drive the new business function including developing and implementing the agency’s new business strategy enabling a consistent go to market approach to current and new prospects. You will be driving business development growth by generating new leads and opportunities with prospective new clients where you will positively promote the brand through various communications channels whilst building a content marketing and PR strategy and plan that will kickstart our clients next stage of growth.
Role and responsibilities
- Deliver a lead generation strategy and an action plan for new business development.
- Drive current new business development, draft strategy, identify and convert quality leads.
- This includes managing any inbound queries as well as seeking opportunities for outbound lead generation.
- Develop and manage a list of targeted brand / new business contacts.
- Work with the management team (and associate partners as necessary) to create compelling proposals and pitch documents as opportunities arise.
Marketing
- Review and refine existing marketing strategy collaborating with the team to deliver.
- Leverage existing social media presence of the agency, the founders and the team to
- demonstrate potential new business opportunities and take ownership of international b2b hub projects. There is an existing content calendar in place but would be interested to explore other content.
- Audit and (re)create strong case studies, update website and marketing collateral to reflect breadth of experience. Determine types of case studies needed in collaboration with team Review (existing) awards calendar for campaigns and agency culture to validate potential entries.
- Network with industry influencers and raise profile of agency across industry.

- Ability to work autonomously from a home office, but willing to travel to London as needed to meet clients, associates and the business

- Gravitas and persona that clients buy into quickly and will represent our brand externally.
- Strong LinkedIn / social media presence / personal brand and knowledge of Sales Navigator to build contacts.
