Application Support | London | Permenant | Up to £65,000
Peaple Talent has partnered with a privately owned bank looking for Application Support.
Our client is looking for someone with 2nd & 3rd line support experience
You could be exactly what they’re looking for if that’s you!
You will be primarily responsible for Troubleshooting any issues that arise and implementing fixes.
Based in the Office (Hybrid) and be tasked with the following:
– Monitor the environment/Platform/applications
-Act as technical liaison with vendors as required
-Trend recurring incidents and provide suitable long-term solutions
– Documentation of incidents, systems, changes, implementations
The ideal candidate for this Application Support role will have relevant experience of working in an application support role and has preferably worked in the banking industry.
You’ll also need a background in understanding ITIL concepts.
Plus, its vital that you have experience in Database technology/query language (MS SQL server, Oracle)
