Help shape the future of AI and how people work
Are you curious about AI, excited by emerging technology and passionate about finding smarter ways of working?
We’re looking for an AI Learning Specialist to help a leading professional services firm explore how AI can transform the way its people work, collaborate and deliver results.
This isn’t your typical IT Trainer role. You won’t simply be delivering classroom sessions or teaching people how to use software. Instead, you’ll work closely with teams to understand how they operate, identify opportunities for AI and help turn new technology into practical, everyday solutions.
You’ll help colleagues build confidence, explore new possibilities and adopt smarter, more effective ways of working. You don’t need to have all the answers already. What matters most is your curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn.
What will you be doing?
- Exploring how people work today, identifying processes and tasks where AI and automation could make a real difference.
- Working with colleagues across different teams to understand challenges and discover opportunities to improve workflows.
- Designing practical toolkits, guidance, workshops and learning resources that help people use AI effectively.
- Helping teams experiment with AI tools, develop use cases and discover new ways to improve productivity.
- Making complex technology easy to understand for people with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Supporting the responsible use of AI, ensuring colleagues understand data privacy, risk and the importance of checking AI-generated outputs.
- Gathering feedback and measuring adoption to continually improve how AI is embedded across the business.
What are we looking for?
We’re more interested in your mindset, curiosity and potential than whether you’ve held this exact job title before. We’re looking for someone who enjoys exploring the unknown, asking questions and figuring things out.
Why apply?
- A 35-hour working week.
- Hybrid working, with a Bristol-based office.
- The opportunity to help shape how AI is adopted across a professional services environment.
- The chance to work at the intersection of AI, learning, technology and business transformation.
- An opportunity to influence new ways of working and make a practical difference to colleagues and client delivery.
- The opportunity to work collaboratively with teams across learning and development, innovation, technology and the wider business.
