Job Title: Admin Team Leader
Location: Leeds
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000
Job Purpose
We are seeking an Admin Team Leader to support the Depot Team within the IT department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate administrative activities, ensuring smooth processes and efficient service delivery. This role involves managing IT-related tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and leading a team to achieve departmental objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Allocate work across the team, ensuring balanced workloads and meeting business priorities.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with team members, offering guidance and support.
- Collaborate with the IT Depot Build Team Leader to develop and update departmental processes.
IT Equipment and User Account Management
- Manage the ordering of IT equipment, such as laptops, mobile phones, and peripherals.
- Create and modify login accounts for new starters and leavers.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of IT equipment across all sites.
Communication and Coordination
- Liaise with customers to confirm hardware and software requirements for new or replacement equipment.
- Arrange for the delivery and collection of IT equipment using couriers.
- Provide regular updates through monthly meetings with departments requiring additional hardware or access.
Ticketing and Invoicing
- Manage workload using the Tetra Tech global ticketing system.
- Handle invoices related to IT equipment and services.
Asset and SIM Card Management
- Oversee SIM card management, including arranging new connections and replacements.
- Ensure timely asset recovery for all returned IT equipment.

- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
Desirable Skills
- Basic understanding of Active Directory (training will be provided).
- Experience in following and improving administrative processes.
