Are you a commercially driven Project Management leader with an established client network and a passion for winning new business?

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a Project Management service line across Manchester and Leeds, combining strategic leadership, hands-on project delivery and business development.

The Role

▪️ Lead and grow Project Management services across the North

▪️ Win new instructions and develop long-term client relationships

▪️ Drive business development, fee income and profitability

▪️ Deliver high-profile projects across industrial, office, student accommodation and build-to-rent sectors

▪️ Mentor and develop a high-performing team

▪️ Champion service excellence, best practice and continuous improvement

👤 About You

✅ Proven Project Management leadership experience within the commercial property sector

✅ MRICS accreditation and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification

✅ An established client base and the ability to generate new business

✅ Strong commercial awareness and a track record of winning work

✅ Excellent client relationship, networking and leadership skills
