Peaple Talent have been engaged by a consultancy with a large pipeline of work for clients implementing and configuring Omilia Cloud Platform (OCP) as a chatbot solution.
Broad experience of conversational AI, conversational design, Omnichannel AI and contact center as a service (CCaaS) would be of great benefit – but the need here is for an experienced consultant with proven experience with OCP.
Remote working for end clients across private and public sector, you will be joining a great team of consultants delivering high quality work in the CCaaS sector.
Ideally you will be available to start immediately or in the next couple of weeks – you will need to be eligible for SC Clearance due to the public sector work involved in this.
