Peaple Talent has partnered with a global digital engineering consultancy who are recruiting for a Client Development Partner on a permanent basis based out of their London office. You will have a Proven track record of successfully engaging and acquiring new business within the UK banking and financial services market, along with you solid understanding of the UK FS market and will be responsible for building and developing a strong sales, business development and client engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the FS sector, focusing on large and strategic accounts.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential client organisations.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Negotiations and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Onsite-Offshore and Global Delivery Model: Sell projects using an onsite-offshore model and a global delivery model, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution.
