Location: Swindon – Hybrid

Salary: £55,000-£65,000

We are supporting a scaling professional services organisation in Swindon to recruit for an Infrastructure Manager.

They are looking for a people-driven, proactive Infrastructure Manager who still enjoys being close to tech and looking after a small team. Knowledge of Azure, the M365 suite, and networking will be crucial as they prepare for several key deployments.

This a hybrid role and the expectation is to be onsite three days a week in Swindon.

The Role:

• Design and implement scalable solutions
• Able to develop and implement an infrastructure roadmap that aligns to the business’ needs.
• Manage 3rd parties to ensure work is being delivered to a high quality.
• Always monitoring and enhancing system performance.
• Ensure best practices and security protocols are being adhered to.

The Candidate:

• Extensive knowledge of design and deployment within Azure, M365 suite and networking.
• Understanding of cloud architecture, identity management and security frameworks.
• Excellent vendor management skills.
• Able to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Driven, organised, empathetic character.
