Job Title: Business Analyst

Salary: £46,000
Peaple Talent have partnered with non for profit organisation who are are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy business improvements.
The Role:
- Gather and define business requirements, write user stories, and conduct MoSCoW prioritisation
- Support change management and promote organisational strategy
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy business improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement and system optimisation using Agile methodologies
The Candidate:
- Experience in Agile SDLC, process improvement, and requirements gathering
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and DevOps
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
The Package:
Base salary: £46,000
