I am working with a client based in Bristol who is looking for a Solution Architect to join their business. They are performing well in the current economic climate and are growing their team. They have a significant runway of significant transformation programmes over the next 12 months!

You will have the option to either work remotely or a blended model of office and home working.

The client is happy to look at someone stepping up for the first time into a SA role who has come from a Lead/Senior Engineer Infrastructure background.

This role will be instrumental in the investigation and research into the use of new technologies and lead proofs of concept, you will be taking a hands-on approach, to demonstrate the value of new technologies and contributing towards sound business cases in order to support the procurement process.

About You

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of Solutions Architecture, ideally TOGAF (or similar) qualified;
• Knowledge of the development and implementation of IT strategy;
• Demonstrable knowledge of IT Solutions & Architecture across:
• Infrastructure
• Security
• Experience of designing solutions for deployment as cloud-based solutions;
• Working knowledge of the business analysis discipline and processes;
