Software Developer| Hybrid Working – One day per week in London office | Permanent | £60,000

Our client is looking for someone with a strong background in Software Development with a current knowledge of the industry and wants to contribute to the growth of an already established company.

In the role you will be responsible for:

• Delivering work in accordance with agreed sprint times
• Keeping a great line of communication with all members of the business and stakeholders
• Putting forward ideas to grow and expand the software
• Developing new systems that align with the client’s business
• Contributing 3^rd line system support
• Maintaining and improving existing software

The Role:

The team you will be part of are responsible for building many of the integral software systems the client use.

The systems are primarily based on the Microsoft stack but have a strong belief in identifying the correct tool for the job and using it.

The Software Developer role will involve internal work with other teams within the business, making sure software is maintained and developed with the client’s strategy.

The role will also involve research and development with contemporary technology to further improve the existing software.

You will be reporting closely to the head of the IT Development team.

Based remotely with one day a week in the London office – you will be a member of the IT Development team and be tasked with the following:

Undertaking developmental and implementation of software solutions

Full stack development, especially using the Microsoft stack

Working with APIs

The Candidate:

Proficient in C#

4+ years’ experience in Software Development

Experience with a sprint working pattern

Team player – able to liaise with other teams and stakeholders

Experience with Cloud based Azure is preferable – if not, a desire to work with Cloud based technology is essential.

The Package:

Basic salary:  £60,000  

20% bonus
