Working on a 12 Month contract, my client is a leading business in the region as they go through a significant uplift in their business portfolio they require a Service Design specialist to assist in their transformation.
Duties will include:
Experience in a lead role in service design setting, specifically front line services initially including the redesign of Service Desk operations.
You will take a lead in the development of the Support Model and Service Wrap.
You will have detailed knowledge of service delivery concepts and techniques with strong operational understanding of service whilst liaising with the Head of Infrastructure and Head of Business Systems.
This will suit someone who has previously worked in a Service Desk Management capacity who is able to communicate and monitor service quality, and has had previous experience of service design/transformation.
