People Talent has partnered with a financial advisory company looking for a Senior application support analyst
Our client is looking for someone who will support and coach junior team members and seek opportunities to improve their ways of working. As we continue to drive change as a business, you will look to develop new processes and recommend process improvements.

You will be primarily responsible for Managing a team and resolving incidents within agreed SLAs.
Providing data extracts using SSIS and SQL as required by the user community.
Supporting ETL processes – e.g., KPI calculations for the T&C system.
Proposing enhancements and improvements to the team’s processes
Supporting and coaching other members of the team and handling escalations from them.
implementing a Service Agreement process as part of the transition if required.
Based in Swindon, this role is a hybrid role where commuting to the office is required.
The ideal candidate for this Senior application support analyst will have relevant experience in Application support and management.
You’ll also need a background SQL
In addition, you’ll need (a driver’s license/SC clearance, etc.)
