Sales Manager | Bristol | £45,000 OTE
You will be working for a PropTech business based in the centre of Bristol, this business is nearly 3 years old are doing phenomenally well and have found a real niche where their product is excelling. They have grown significantly year over year and are at the stage now where they want to take on a Head of Growth / Sales to supercharge their growth.
You will be responsible for leading and building a high performing sales team and also rolling your sleeves up and going out and winning new business. This, however, is not your usual hard sell, this product is all about the value add and has a real part to play in mental well-being for its customers.
Ideally, you will come from either a property/lettings or high paced sales environment i.e. recruitment but this is by no means essential. You will need to demonstrate that you have won business and broken into net new clients and have the ability to build, train and develop a sales team, again if you have only mentored rather than managed this would be acceptable.
Being a tech business the culture is brilliant, 9-5 Monday to Friday no hard-sell or stupid KPIs it’s all about building a great brand and helping revolutionise a sector! There is also the option of equity for the right candidate.
