This is a rare opportunity to join a recently funded, high growth platform in central Bristol as their new business development executive. With an incredible product and proposition and a well-established team & board, your role will be to drive their acquisition process from the front and assist in the growth of the product and sales team.

Joining an existing team, you will bring energy, passion, a growth mindset and the determination to win to ensure the team is delivering exceptional results. As well as being full of ideas, you will find creative ways of delivering the company message whilst maintaining harmony in the team, and consistently improving their efficiency.

You will need to utilize your expertise across a broad range of topics such as real estate, B2B and B2C selling, and product development to improve sales and customer experience. Full training will be available, as well as clear and attainable career progression focused on results. This is an opportunity to join a really exciting start-up and assist it to reach its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling to prospective customers.
• Assisting with designing a national sales strategy.
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Report back to head of department on individual performance.
• Establish business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Working with management to improve new products to sell.
• Assisting and delivering projects within your department.
• Supporting all functions of the sales process to work together.

Experience Required:

• An exceptional ability to identify new business.
• Proven sales results from previous jobs.
• Significant sales experience.
• Organisation to efficiently manage your time.
• A great strategist, able to use data/insight to form decisions to improve the service.
• Start-up mentality, willing to find solutions with whatever resource available.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills, and willing to take risks.
