Peaple Talent has partnered with a leading Manage Service Provider looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer.
Our client is looking for someone with a passion for IT and a good understanding of Office365, looking to grow and develop within IT.

The Role:
You will be primarily responsible for providing 1st line support to the internal users. This role will suit an IT graduate or a Junior looking to develop their skills within IT.
Based in Cardiff you will be tasked with the following:
– Logging tickets
– Troubleshooting any issues
– Escalating issues to 2nd line team
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this IT Support Engineer role will have relevant experience in Office365 and a passion for IT.
Preferably Azure experience and knowledge of networks.
