IT Support Technician Full Time

IT Support Technician | Tetbury/Malmesbury | Up to £26k

We are working with a local organisation who are looking for someone to provide and assist with 1^st/2^nd Line IT Support to school sites within their organisation. The role will also provide small elements of 3^rd Line Support.

The successful candidates will be based at 2 main sites (Tetbury and Malmesbury).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and assist with coordinating technical support to users relating to all IT, telecoms and AV equipment.
• Monitor and respond to support requests, ensuring all existing internal SLAs are honoured through effective and accessible communication.
• Provide 3^rd line support to the sites by checking network and server settings.
• Monitor and carry out routine and non-routine checking, maintenance, calibration and fault investigation.
• Prepare IT equipment for open evenings and other similar events.
• Maintain and repair IT equipment or organise third-party maintenance and repair, seeking specialist assistance when necessary.
