IT Support Engineer Full Time

IT Support Engineer | Bath | Up to £41,000 Per Annum

We have partnered with a Bath based company who are looking for a candidate to provide technical support and training to all aspects of the business.

This role will focus mostly on providing 2^nd line support to the IT and telecoms, information systems, applications and infrastructure. There will also be elements of 3^rd line support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration and trouble shooting of staff-facing IT Services
• Troubleshoot and monitor the technical infrastructure.
• Maintenance of the IT estate and associated tools.
• Operational monitoring of the IT estate.
• Following existing and developing new IT processes.

Key Experience:

• Troubleshooting and system administration within a Microsoft Active Directory environment.
• Experience of providing 2^nd/3^rd line user support over the phone, remotely and in person.
• ISO27001
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Windows 10 deployment and troubleshooting.
• Hyper-V/VMWare Experience.
