Peaple Talent has partnered with a Leading Financial Services company looking for an IT Support Analyst
Our client is looking for someone who is pragmatic, highly motivated and has a strong IT background.

The Role:
You will be primarily responsible for performing actions based on the needs of the team and handling and dealing with difficult and demanding support calls.
Based in Swindon/Hybrid you will be reporting to the Desktop & Access manager and be tasked with the following:
- To ensure an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction is always met
- Accurate ticket logging of all IT incidents
- Managing calls to a high-quality standard
- Escalate major incidents to IT management quickly and clearly
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this IT Support Analyst will have experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst, preferably within several organisations or with a service provider.
Plus, it’s vital that you strong technical foundation with excellent 0ffice 365, desktop and application support skills
You’ll also need a background in Active Directory
