IT Helpdesk Engineer| Stoke on Trent | Permanent | £25,000 – £27,000
Peaple Talent has partnered with a market-leading technical service provider looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer
Our client is looking for someone with great communication skills and experience in IT support.

You will be primarily responsible for IT Support and user assistance
Based in Stoke on Trent/Hybrid in office 2-3 days a week you will be reporting to the IT Support Manager and be tasked with the following:
– Providing 1st line support to users
– Provide resolutions to the satisfaction of the customer
– Manage and distribute escalated calls to appropriate parts of the IT Team
– Assist in Projects (site/office moves and software rollouts)
The ideal candidate for this IT Helpdesk Engineer role will have relevant experience in User Helpdesk Engineering and has preferably worked in a 1st line/2nd line support role previously.
You’ll also need a background in PC Hardware support
Plus, it’s vital that you have experience with Windows 8/10 and Office 2013,2016 and 365
In addition, you’ll need a driving license as travel to sites may be required
