Implementation Consultant |£45,000 – £50,000 | Home Based

We are working with a market leading SaaS business who are looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join their team in Bristol.

Offering bespoke cloud solutions ensuing key customer engagement. This is a remote / home based role.

As experienced cloud implementation consultant will have the ability to work with business leaders and translate into software configuration.

This position requires a solid technical understanding and hands on experience with Cloud systems.

Desired experience:

• Held a customer-facing SaaS consultancy role
• Self starter with experience of hitting the ground running
• Ability to work with Customer Experience leaders to document business workflows and translate them into software configuration
• Experience conducting virtual meetings, training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Experience leading and conduction consultation workshops
• The ability to influence and make decisions
• Customer experience software exposure – deployed on behalf of a company SaaS software for example (Zendesk, Sales Force, Freshdesk or an ITSM tool)
• Understands CX business process and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Package: Home based, Base salary up to £45,000 plus £4,800 car allowance, private healthcare, 9% pension etc etc.
