Graduate/Junior IT Support Analyst | Bristol | Permanent | £22,000 to £23,000

Our client is looking for a graduate who has a strong passion for IT or a Junior IT Support Analyst looking to grow their skills to join their busy and friendly team.

The Role:

You will be primarily responsible for performing actions based on the needs of the team and handling and dealing with support calls. Our client will offer all training and mentorship needed for this role. 

Based in Bristol/Hybrid you will be reporting to the Head of IT and be tasked with the following:

• Answer all service requests in a timely and professional manner and logging them accurately
• Categorising, controlling, and owning all calls
• Escalating service requests to other teams when required
• Provide advice, help and support in response to customer queries

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Graduate IT Support Analyst role will have a Degree in IT or equivalent and a keen interest in IT.

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have good attention to detail.

Plus, it would be beneficial if you have knowledge of Office 365 and Excel.

The Package:

Basic salary: £22,000 – £23,000 per annum + Great benefits and pension
