EUC Infrastructure Engineer | Bristol | £35,000 – £45,000
This is working for a leading justice and legal company that is rapidly growing and have been doing so all through CV19!
The role primarily involves the implementation, management, and maintenance of our user-facing IT Infrastructure. This comprises but is not limited to:
- Providing technical support for all end-user computing hardware, software and networks across the business
- EUC Architecture design and implementation.
- Documentation and Service Transition of EUE infrastructure systems.
- Product and solution lifecycle management of EUE infrastructure systems.
Key Skills:
- Office 365 migration experience
- Experienced in supporting and maintaining other end-user computing solutions including physical desktops, mobile devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones), printers, and end-device security and remote access technologies
- Experienced in supporting a Windows 10 desktop estate
- Experienced in Windows Server 2012 and beyond, using Active Directory and other core networking technologies such as Group Policy Management
- Able to inspire trust in relationships with external parties to facilitate the delivery of a stable and compliant end-user computing infrastructure
- Dedicated to providing a great customer experience
- Ability to balance quality of output with pace by managing time effectively
